Do tokens have an expiry date?
No. Tokens purchased for your workspace remain valid indefinitely until you choose to issue certificates.
Are there any charges when someone scans the QR code?
Never. Public QR scans, employer verifications, and digital certificate downloads are 100% free forever.
What happens if I need to reissue a corrected certificate?
If you need to update a typographical error in a student's name within 24 hours of issuance, you can edit the record without consuming an extra token.
